RESULTS

I have obtained favorable results in cases raising a wide variety of issues. In some of these, the courts expanded the rights of criminal defendants beyond those previously recognized. Significant cases include People v. Garcia in New York State’s highest court, and Graham v. Portuondo in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
