WHAT CAN BE DONE AFTER CONVICTION?

Sometimes, quite a lot. Appeals and post-conviction proceedings can result in convictions being overturned and sentences being reduced, sometimes even long after conviction. In representing New York defendants for more than thirty years, I have worked hard to vindicate their rights and bring to my practice all the training, experience, and knowledge that representing them and working with highly skilled and knowledgeable colleagues has provided to me.
